For the engineering firm GRÄSSL, we had the opportunity to equip the new Munich office with innovative media technology. The result is a work environment that seamlessly combines modern engineering excellence with contemporary communication. The main focus was to equip premium conference rooms, a mobile display cart, and the hybrid work café with technology that offers the highest technical quality while remaining simple and intuitive to use. The technology integrates discreetly into the architecture and supports a wide range of work and meeting scenarios — from spontaneous discussions and hybrid meetings to high-profile client presentations. The outcome is a solution that perfectly combines innovation and user-friendliness.
In the entrance area of the GRÄSSL engineering office, an elegantly integrated signage display welcomes both visitors and employees alike.
Designed as a welcome screen, it displays current information, company news, or personalized greetings — always presented in high quality and with a matching design.
The video conference rooms were designed with the highest standards of aesthetics, functionality, and future readiness. All media technology is fully integrated into the acoustic wall, creating a particularly clean and architecturally harmonious appearance. The structure remains extremely slim while being flexible and expandable to easily accommodate future technological developments.
Two anti-reflective Samsung displays in a dual-screen setup provide optimal visibility and brilliant image quality — even in bright light or with large glass fronts. This ensures that the content on screen remains clear and high in contrast at all times, regardless of the time of day or lighting conditions in the room.
The central Cisco Room Bar Pro with Microsoft Teams Rooms integration ensures a seamless connection between in-person and remote participants. The system is complemented by a Sennheiser ceiling microphone, which delivers excellent speech quality while maintaining a clean and uncluttered room aesthetic thanks to its ceiling integration.
Another successful design integration can be found in the cafeteria. The electric projection screen has been almost invisibly integrated into the slatted ceiling, blending seamlessly with the architectural design of the space. This preserves the room’s clear, open atmosphere while providing a fully functional projection surface within seconds when needed.
