The multifunctional space in the Bavarian State Social Court was designed with a particular focus on flexibility and user-friendliness in order to support a variety of event formats. The requirement for flexible seating was met in order to be able to adapt the room quickly and efficiently for different scenarios.
The space is also designed to be hybrid-capable, which means that both physical and virtual participation in events is possible. This hybrid capability is particularly important in order to respond to the current need for digital networking. The technology in the room is designed so that it can be operated by the users themselves, without the need for a technician. This is ensured by intuitive user interfaces and predefined settings that enable easy handling for different types of events.

At the core of the technical equipment is the 4K laser projector, which impresses with its high light output and colour accuracy. The wide image width means that content can be easily recognised even from distant seats.
A key feature of the newly installed system in the Bavarian State Social Court is its intuitive operation, which enables every user to utilise the technology in the multifunctional room efficiently and error-free.The entire system is designed so that it can be activated at the touch of a button. This ‘one button’ start ensures that all technical functions automatically boot up in a predefined default state, ensuring consistent performance and user experience.
The hybrid capability of the room is supported by a PTZ (pan-tilt-zoom) camera positioned to the side, which is equipped with an automatic tracking function of the lecturer. This technology makes it possible to follow the lecturer during their presentation and can also pan to capture audience interactions if required.This flexibility allows for full participation and an immersive experience for both physical and virtual attendees, making the room ideal for various hybrid events.

A high-quality loudspeaker system consisting of front and ceiling-mounted loudspeakers that evenly cover the entire room.
Various microphone types, including handheld microphones, a microphone on the lectern and headsets for maximum flexibility depending on the usage scenario.
An audio digital signal processor (DSP) for automatic microphone mixing, which minimises background noise and maximises speech intelligibility.
A high level of operational reliability is ensured through regular maintenance and reliable service to ensure that the room is always ready for use and technical failures are minimised.
These measures result in a state-of-the-art, user-friendly and secure multifunctional room that fulfils the diverse requirements of the Bavarian State Social Court.
