The huddle rooms at the Steelcase Learning + Innovation Center were specifically designed for spontaneous meetings and agile collaboration. Each room is equipped with a single screen, a Logitech Rally camera, and a fully integrated Microsoft Teams Rooms system. This combination enables seamless, high-quality video conferencing — simple, fast, and free of technical barriers.
Thanks to the occupancy displays at the entrances, available rooms can be identified at a glance and booked immediately. Different room sizes and designs reflect the diversity of modern workstyles — from quiet zones for focused tasks to open, inspiring environments for creative team sessions. The result is a well-thought-out interplay of functionality, design, and digital connectivity that perfectly embodies the spirit of New Work.
The Telepresence Room at the Steelcase Learning + Innovation Center accommodates up to ten participants and sets new standards for hybrid collaboration. Both the room design and technical setup have been consistently optimized for immersive, eye-level communication. Through the precise alignment of seating positions, viewing angles, and camera perspectives, participants experience the feeling of sitting at the same table — regardless of their physical location.
The integrated Microsoft Teams Rooms system with a dual-screen setup ensures a clear separation between participant display and presentation content, allowing meetings to run in a more structured and natural way. High-quality audio and video components guarantee excellent speech clarity and authentic image reproduction. The result is a meeting room that conveys a true sense of closeness and presence — even across great distances.
In the conference room of the Steelcase Learning + Innovation Center, hybrid collaboration takes center stage. Equipped with a Logitech Rally Bar as the front camera and an additional Logitech Sight table camera, every participant — whether on-site or remote — is captured perfectly. The interaction between both cameras ensures a natural conversation dynamic, with eye contact, gestures, and facial expressions transmitted in a lifelike way.
An additional table microphone ensures even clearer voice transmission, maintaining consistently high audio quality even in dynamic discussions. Operation is intuitive via the touch panel, allowing users to quickly switch between presentation and meeting functions. The result is an efficient space that offers maximum functionality within a compact area — ideal for agile teamwork and spontaneous everyday collaboration.

The technical setup, featuring a Logitech Rally Bar Mini and a Logitech TAP touch panel with an integrated Teams Rooms appliance, enables video conferences to start instantly — without the need for an additional laptop or complex setup.
This particularly compact huddle room with three seats demonstrates how well-designed media technology can deliver maximum impact even in limited space. Equipped with a Logitech Rally Bar Mini and a Logitech TAP touch panel, the room offers all the functions of a fully featured video conferencing system — including Microsoft Teams Rooms integration for seamless, spontaneous meetings.
The hybrid multipurpose area at the Steelcase Learning + Innovation Center forms the heart of the building and provides the technical foundation for a wide range of event formats. Whether company meetings, hybrid events, product presentations, classic lectures, or video conferences – the media technology was designed to meet each of these requirements effortlessly.
At its core is a premium Samsung LED wall, delivering brilliant image quality and maximum flexibility for presentations and live events. It is complemented by a powerful Bose sound system, which, together with wireless table and handheld microphones, ensures outstanding speech intelligibility. An intelligent audio DSP with an automatic automixer manages the professional audio control seamlessly in the background – tasks that would otherwise require a dedicated event technician.
The system is fully integrated into Microsoft Teams Rooms, enabling hybrid meetings in outstanding quality. Outside of event operation, the area runs in digital signage mode, effectively showcasing marketing messages, information, and branding content. Despite its wide range of functions, the operation remains intuitive and straightforward, allowing users to access the desired features quickly and confidently at any time.
