The Bose VB1 can be described as a video conferencing system with a soundbar design. The device has 6 microphones, which can emphasize active speakers and block out background noise. In this way, several people can be recorded at a conference table or in an open area (e.g. scrum meeting) without the need for complex wiring of microphones on the table or on the ceiling. The device also has integrated loudspeakers, which work together with the microphones in an echo-decoupled manner. The balanced sound characteristics of Bose can be clearly seen here.
