About usTechnical equipment of conference and meeting rooms
For small to medium-sized rooms, we recommend the use of displays up to 98". In contrast to the projector, you are not dependent on the room being darkened and there are no operating noises from fans. Furthermore, the display devices are virtually maintenance-free.
Samsung displaysFor large rooms and image widths of more than 2.2m, we recommend the use of laser projectors. These deliver a bright and sharp image with low operating noise and a long service life.
Epson projectorsSo that the display devices (displays, projectors) can be supplied with content, they must establish a connection to the playback devices (notebook, video conference, etc.). The wired solution is particularly suitable for high reliability and high definition video display. If the cable distance is longer than 10m, a signal conversion via HDBaseT or AVoverIP is necessary. Sources can be switched or routed by using multimedia distributors or routers
CrestronBy using WLAN technology, it is possible to send audio and video signals by radio. This solution is particularly suitable if direct cabling (<10m) is difficult or if the position of the playback device (notebook) in the room is to be changed - e.g. multifunctional room.
ClickShare systemsIf many different functions have to be combined, media control is essential. This brings together all the required functions in an intuitively operated touch panel. This means that the conference room can also be reliably operated by untrained staff.
Video conferences supplement telephone calls with video media, mostly camera recordings and screen content (desktop sharing) of the participants. This makes meetings livelier and employees more engaged than with conference calls. Depending on the size of the room and the purpose, there are different video conferencing systems.
Video conferencing systemsIf there are several conference rooms in the company, the use of room management displays makes sense. All bookings are recorded centrally, thus avoiding overlaps. A small display placed in front of the conference room shows the time, the participants and the duration of the meeting. This makes it easier for employees to find the right meeting room without disturbing participants.
