The uses of displays in media technology installations are varied. They range from simple display devices for information (digital signage) to the construction of video walls to display large content for representative purposes. In contrast to a projector, you are not dependent on darkening the rooms.
The use of projectors makes sense for large conference or training rooms, as large screen areas are required that cannot yet be reached with displays. Precise planning of the positioning and selection of projector and screen is of particular importance here so that an optimal playback image can be displayed.

In order for the display devices (displays, projectors) to be supplied with content, they must connect to the playback devices (notebook, video conference, etc.). There are basically two options for this — either by radio or by cable. The cabled solution is particularly suitable for high reliability and high-resolution video viewing.
By using WLAN technology, it is possible to send audio and video signals wirelessly. This solution is particularly suitable when direct cabling (<10m) is difficult or when the position of the playback device (notebook) in the room needs to change — e.g. a multifunctional room. In addition to a simplified installation, it is also easy to share content via smartphones or tablets.
