Installation
On the desired date, our technicians will install the desired components (beamers, displays, touch panels, video conferencing systems, etc.) and network them according to the planning. Should the structural conditions not be as intended (difficult cable routes, drywall not reinforced, etc.), our technicians can react flexibly and spontaneously rearrange other cable routes or mounting methods.
After the installation is complete, the systems are commissioned and tested by the project manager. There is then a briefing and handover.
In order to keep time on the construction site as short as possible, we prepare the systems and software in our office — this makes assembly as efficient as possible.

Planning
The most important step in the implementation of construction projects that involve several trades is detailed planning with precise delimitation of performance. That is why we act as a central point of contact for planning and coordinating your media technology projects.
After implementation of the project, the planning documents form the basis for the documentation. This is particularly important for the maintenance and repair of the systems.

Programming
If several devices are combined to form an overall system, central media control is essential. This makes it particularly easy to use certain functions and scenarios. For example, a click on the touch panel is enough to start the video conference scenario: The video system (beamer/display) is booted up in the background and switched to the corresponding input. The audio system switches to a specific volume and the video conferencing system pans the camera to the conference table. For this purpose, we create the touch panel interface in your corporate design based on maximum user experience.
Maintenance
Even after the systems have been handed over, we won't let you down. By telephone, remote maintenance and of course on site, we take care of repairs, failures, updates or changes.

Der wichtigste Schritt bei der Realisierung von Bauprojekten, die mehrere Gewerke beinhalten, ist eine detaillierte Planung mit genauer Leistungsabgrenzung. Deshalb agieren wir als zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Planung und Koordination Ihrer Medientechnik bzw. Smart Home Projekte.
Nach Umsetzung des Projekts bilden die Planungsunterlagen die Basis für die Dokumentation. Diese ist für die Wartung und Instandhaltung der Anlagen besonders wichtig.
Zum Wunschtermin installieren unsere Techniker die gewünschten Komponenten (Beamer, Displays, Touchpanel, Videokonferenzanlagen etc.) und vernetzen diese entsprechend der Planung. Sollten die baulichen Gegebenheiten einmal nicht so sein, wie vorgesehen (schwierige Kabelwege, Trockenbauwand nicht verstärkt etc.), können unsere Techniker flexibel darauf reagieren und spontan auf andere Kabelwege bzw. Befestigungsmethoden umdisponieren.
Um die Zeit auf der Baustelle so gering wie möglich zu halten, bereiten wir die Anlagen und Software in unserem Büro vor – so ist die Montage maximal effizient.
Nach Abschluss der Installation werden die Anlagen vom Projektleiter in Betrieb genommen und getestet. Anschließend gibt es eine Einweisung und Übergabe.
Werden mehrere Geräte zu einem Gesamtsystem gefügt ist eine zentrale Mediensteuerung unerlässlich. Diese können wir individuell programmieren. So können bestimmte Funktionen und Szenarien besonders einfach angewendet werden. Beispielsweise reicht ein Click auf das Touchpanel um das Szenario Videokonferenz zu starten: Hierbei wird im Hintergrund die Videoanlage (Beamer/Display) hochgefahren und auf den entsprechenden Eingang geschaltet. Die Audioanlage schaltet sich auf eine bestimmte Lautstärke und das Videokonferenzsystem schwenkt die Kamera zum Konferenztisch. Hierzu erstellen wir das Touchpanel Interface nach maximaler User Experience in Ihrem Corporate Design.
