A huddle room is a small meeting room for up to six people, which usually uses an all-in-one solution consisting of a camera, microphone and loudspeaker in one device. This is connected to the user or room PC via USB. As a result, spontaneous meetings can be held, which should be quick, unbureaucratic and team-oriented.
